Jared gave us excellent customer service at the warehouse. He was helpful and more courteous than the sales rep who sold us the sofa. Going above and beyond, doing everything he could to make sure we could pick up our new sofa, at a time that didn't conflict with our work schedules. To say the least this man deserves a raise.

The movers were excellent. Very efficient, great attitude and kind enough to help me move other furniture around in the office. Assembled my desk in just a few minutes. Did not want to accept a tip. Cannot comment enough about how professional and helpful they were.

I purchased a table back in 2017 from Ashley Furniture in California and we moved back to Canada and I had a table leg crack. I tried getting a replacement from California but was having issues. I called and spoke to Customer Service Thomas at the Surrey Warehouse and he was amazing and so helpful. He understood and went beyond the call of duty on getting me a replacement leg. He thought it would be about 3-4 weeks, well I got the call with in a week that it arrived. I picked it up today and all is fixed and a huge relief as I was panicking on what I was going to do. Thumbs up to Thomas and the amazing customer service. You guys rock.

Purchased a coffee table and end table from here, actually the "Ashley store" in downtown Langley.Had a problem with one of the rivnuts in one of the tables. Brought it back and the repaired it there at the warehouse no problem. The tables are made of REAL wood so no fear of a cold drink damaging the table top when you're missing a coaster. Would purchase from here again.
