I have to Highly Rate and Recommend two of the employees from this Firm. First off, Steve Martin (not THE comedian) from their Langley Branch and I hope I get her name right, Mridula Chatterjee from the 80th Ave., Surrey Branch. I am TOTALLY out of my realm dealing with electronics and electrical supply items. Both these employees were Super Patient, Tollerent and Understanding in dealing with my less-than-novice questions and descriptions of my needs. Mridula came to recognize me after the number of times I had to return and each time greeted me in a Friendly manner, rather than "Oh no, here he comes again". She made me feel that it was all OK and not a bit of a problem for her and efficiently found the needed item. Steve even went so far as to send me numerous e-mails pictures and explanations of the Power Relay I needed, Before this experience I couldn't even spell RELOY let alone no how it worked. (A joke there!!). Kudos to these two and I'm sure many other dedicated employees going out of their way to assist, help and direct their customers to a satisfactory conclusion.
