Wife and I were looking for a mini van. Had a terrible experience at a neighbouring dealership. Dawn and the manager went out of their way to make sure we left happy with a sale. I was very impressed by the dedication to their customers. I have not had that type of service buying a vehicle before. Even the finance staff were awesome.

I bought my Jeep at another dealer in the south. Been loyal customer with them for more than 5 years despite some things...I contacted them because my lock key to the tire lock was broken - they said, sure, I pass you on to the service department. Answering machine, I left a brief and detailed message. Heard nothing back - called again, answering machine, called again the first number to parts and explained how urgent this was - was told: They call you back as soon as they can, probably occupied with customer. They never called me back - While I was waiting I contacted Crowfoot Dodge Chrysler and spoke to Sally Dingwall over the phone - she understood exactly what I needed and was so kind and really listened to my need. I went over right away. Whoever in charge at Crowfoot Dodge Chrysler, please know that you won me as a future customer. It started with Sally answering the phone and the way she helped me - I cannot remember the last time I was offered such outstanding service. I have cut all ties with my previous dealer and will give you all my business including passing your name over to anyone looking for a great dealer - I started yesterday speaking about the incredible service you provided. If there is a stereotype about what a car dealership is like - well, it is gone with Sally and everyone else I had the wonderful pleasure to talk to. Thank you all, I will come back with all maintenance, tires, oil changes etc. I will need on my Jeep and when I got the money and ready to buy another vehicle I will come back to you.

We have never experienced such efficient and professional service from a Dodge dealership. After a Thanksgiving weekend break down we had our vehicle towed to crowfoot Dodge. I received a phone call at 8:39 on Tuesday morning, 9 minutes after they opened, telling me that they had already diagnosed the problem and were repairing it under warranty. We were on the road by 10:30am with smiles on our faces. A big thank you to all the staff.

This place will rip you off first chance they get. Wife had to get her car towed in thinking the battery need replacing. Charged $160 to find out that we just needed a battery. Then $362 for a new battery. Now I get that the $160 is there hourly rate but then we got charged another $50 for them to install it. As for the price of the battery I get they can charge a little more then sourcing on our own but common. $600 just to change over a battery. Will never come back
