A couple weeks ago I spent $700 in this store, my family have been repeat customers for years but will no longer be shopping here. I bought a pair of $200 boots and they had a large chip in the heel, the elastic coming out and loose stitching within 4 days of wear. I reached out to Bia Boro and they told me they weren’t going to help me with this at all. I am not out $200 and have been completely disregarded after spending $700 and my boots are in terrible shape. I am disappointed and baffled at the treatment I received and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The selection of clothes on this store was great and my wife and I loved everything. However, what really stood out was the staffs attentiveness. One in particular, and I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her. She even went into the back to find an item they had hidden that might find what I had been randomly looking it. It was her service that made that purchase! Thanks for an amazing shopping experience as a tourist in your town!

I wanted to like this local shop but unfortunately found the staff to be rude on multiple occasions. Would skip it.

Great quality goods, love their shirts and tees, awesome mens selection. Friendly and fairly priced. Will always check in for fresh gear
