Very kind and great service

We stored our rv here since Sept 2011, it was always good and we felt our unit was secure. New management in October 2017...we came to pick up our rv and found that it had been vandalized for the purpose of stealing it. Hitch lock and pin lock smashed off, cable lying on ground, tire storage covers gone. We talked to the office staff and they said that they can't keep track of who goes in and out, so anyone could have tried to steal our unit. The security gate is left open so contractors can come and go. We cancelled our spot and asked for a refund...we were told that no refund would be given. Store here at your own risk !

The entrance to my locker was frozen shut with a legs plate of 1 inch thick ice. I couldn't access it.
