Did an online order yesterday delivered them today. $4 delivery well worth not grocery shopping on a holiday weekend

Save-On-Foods Kamloops has a great central location, with many amenities close by. They carry a good range of local produce and essential food. They offer a clean building and free parking although it is a very busy complex so the parking lot does get quite busy. Most staff are friendly and helpful!

Good grocery store. Well set up for distancing. Helpful staff. Good meat department. Excellent cheese department.

Pretty good as far as Save-On-Foods go! Love the wine section, great selection of BC wines, and for a solid price too!

Wonderful place for Vegetables and Groceries. Friendly staff Good variety of everything. I also like their bakery section Good quality bread and I love their pastries my favorite is the Tiramisu and their Cheese cake. Have not tasted the others so cannot comment. I am sure it will be good.
