Normally very good... But... Friday evening was very poor customer service. When I didn't see my order on the screen I inquired about it. They told me that it was in the oven and it would be a few more minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then realized that my order had been sitting on the ready rack the entire time. It took an additional 10 minutes to get anybody to help me at the till and to get my order. I strongly recommend more staff when it's that busy.

My five star rating has to drop to 1 since there's no negative numbers.. I ordered 5 items 2 redeemed pizzas , 2 pastas , & a cookie. After waiting 20 min AFTER it left the store living less than 4 blocks AWAY.. No PASTAS ..I received 2 pizza s & the cookie... I'm NOT going to order again , or RECOMMEND either . Unless I receive compensation 4 the horrible service & being charged for a PRODUCTS Not received in my order.. 40 min later the pasta showed up COLD After being told by the driver it was new. & Rock hard cookies to boot

I don't know why I thought to give them a second chance but I'm never ordering from here again. Last order it was delivered 30 minutes past the time the tracker said it was and it was cold and all over the box. Pizza went for a joy ride, was dropped or smashed. I got free pizza for that but trying again today I am 1.5 hours past when it said it was "delivered" on the app with no pizza. Called the store twice and they couldn't help me at all. They told me they would call the delivery driver to see where they are at and that was 30 minutes ago. Just don't order delivery from this restaurant unless you want to wait 2 hours for cold pizza or no pizza at all.
