The store owner has gotten back to me very quickly and has been very helpful in resolving the sitiation. Personally I've had a very very poor experience with this Booster Juice location in particular recently. I'm a high school student and I was overcharged $20.00 on a order for one regular smoothie. I hadn't noticed anything at first because I paid quickly via debt card. When I went back to the location to speak to the manager two days later I found out that the person that had originally overcharged me was the manager of the location. While I was speaking to the manager about my experience and that I was overcharged she was quite frankly rude. The manager didn't recall selling me the drink and proceeded to give me excuse after excuse as to why that what had happened could have never had happened. She was basically saying that I must have been lying even though she was the one who had sold me the drink. After trying to see if anything could be done and after she was done with giving me excuses she offered me a two for one coupon as compensation for the $20.00 I was overcharged on my order. Im very frustrated with how I was treated at this location and will not being going there again, I'd advise others to do the same.
