I’ve been going here for about a year and a half now and I used to be so scared of the dentist - but I know with the wonderful staff at Serenity Dental there’s nothing to fear! They’re always so sweet and patient, I even got my wisdom teeth removed and have nothing but good words to say about the experience. Thank you so much Serenity Dental ! :)

If I could give it negative stars I would. First of all, I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. And I made that clear over the phone when booking my appointment . Anyways I digress, When I got there the receptionists got me to fill out some more forms. One of the questions asked me if I had anxiety when it came to going to the dentist to which I answered yes. So there were two examples just there without meeting the dentist where I made it clear that I was uncomfortable being there at all. I then had to wait 45 minutes to even be called in the room. That by itself doesn't bother me. Now this is where it started going downhill. I got in the room and the assistant took some x-rays on the one side of my mouth that was really bothering me but didn't take any for the rest of my mouth. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes just for the dentist to arrive. Upon her entering the room she asked me how I was doing and I told her that I was afraid of the dentist and so that I wasn't fully comfortable. She then put the tools in my mouth once to look around. LITERALLY ONE TIME AND ONLY AT THE PROBLEM TOOTH WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CONSULTATION. She then told me that I might need to see a specialist. When she told me that I asked her if I could call my mother just to let her know. She ended up leaving me in the room by myself after giving me bad news for 45 minutes so I can call my mom. Not once checking up on me. After the 45 minutes I myself actually had to leave the room to find someone because my anxiety was through the roof. The receptionist was the one who saw me looking for someone and she came to help me out but I just started bawling my eyes out. Out of everything bad I have to say about this place I do have to say that the receptionist who was dealing with me was so friendly and sweet. After she got the dentist and the dentist came back in the room while I was bawling she continued on with the dentistry stuff and didn't even mention that I was crying. When I told her that what she just did was unacceptable she told me that I should've told her about my anxiety and that I could've "handled things differently" WHEN I DID. So yeah that was my terrible experience. She was rude and didn't seem to know what she was talking about. When I went to the dentist that I am at now literally less than a week later and told them what she prescribed me and how she treated me they told me that she should've prescribed me antibiotics too and they seemed very confused that she told me I needed to see a specialist when the tooth in question was not even HALF as bad as she was telling me. She just wanted me to pay for an unnecessary treatment. Says a lot about someone. so if theres anything you take from this. DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST.

I have always had great service here. Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, and the hygienists and dentist are very professional and caring. Would definitely recommend!

Going for treatment after 1 year (due to COVID), I was not having the best time at my previous dental office and was recommended Serenity Dental. I have been here twice now, once for scaling and once for a filling. The hygienist was very reassuring and the client care I could tell was genuine - I also had no trouble with pain as she was gentle but effective. My second visit was for a re-do of a filling (one poorly done by a previous dentist elsewhere). I could tell Dr. Mangat suggested this filling be redone for the benefit of my bite - rather than just for the sake of doing dental work - and I appreciate the overall consistently in care the entire staff offered. Dental offices can be tough environments to both work with and be clients of, and though at times any dental office can have its issues - Serenity Dental seems to handle mishaps much better as they seem to work better as a team in comparison to previous offices I've worked with. I am sure I will return.

For 20+ years I've lived in extreme pain from my bad teeth. Since I could not afford the fix I just did best I could. This year my wonderful daughter wanted to give me a 60th BD present.....full dental work...her treat. Was thrilled because serenity knew me well because I brought my daughter there for ALL her teeth needs. Told them MANY TIMES their 'freezing' does NOT WORK on me. Told them I MUST BE PUT OUT... THEY SAID NO PROBLEM... we have stuff that works. IT DID NOT. Mind you I expected some pain. However.... this pain was much worse. Here is my beef... (sorry just want context) FOR A FULL WEEK....THE DR WAS TO CALL ME....FOR FOLLOWUP..... Seems she was too busy for a PAYING CUSTOMER. Three times I told them I could not take codeine. They prescribed it anyway. UPDATE 09/17/20 -- JUST LETTING YOU UNPROFESSIONAL DENTISTS KNOW BY DOING MY PROCEDURE SO BAD YOU NOW ARE OUT 5 THOUSAND BUCKS THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE. BRAVO! Service is #1 with me. This office does not even deserve 1 star. Unprofessional. UN-Compassionate. and now.....out of ANY further business from me or anyone who asks me. I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED MY DAUGHTER TO TAKE HER FULLY PAID BUSINESS TO MY NEW DENTIST.
