Absolutely amazing staff!! I cannot say enough about how comfortable you all make my daughter from the second she walks in the door. Being able to see Dr. Sam, and join her at her new office is such a blessing. Since day 1, seeing Dr. Kass and now with Dr. Sam makes visits to the office so relaxing for my girl. The office staff, hygienists and and assistants are so welcoming and explain every step of the process to her and me so there are no surprises. Thank you all!!

I’d give these crooks zero stars ⭐️ if I could. The minute she found out I had insurance her face lit up like New Year’s Eve fireworks in Times Square. Upon receiving from my insurer what portion they’d pay, I was horrified with 70% coverage only 1/3 was being covered. I called my insurance to ask y... simplest answer ever. They are charging triple the dental fee guide for that year. Excuse me triple what’s recommended??? Yah cancelled the appointment n took my son elsewhere! Let me tell you I was so thankful I didn’t fall for this. They can pay for there own yacht without ripping off innocent ppl

Had incomplete Invisalign from Rykiss Orthodondics they wanted me to pay an extra $4000 to finish my treatment, after already collecting $5200 from me. Dr. Mark Rykiss is also very unprofessional in how he treats his staff, he berated them right in front of me while i was in his chair, it was very uncomfortable. I had a consultation with Dr. Milos Lekic and he agreed to take over my case after doing a thourough examination. The entire staff were amazing.

My sisters surgery was denied because we were to late. We were late because they had given us the wrong address. We wasted our time to get here and our money to stay and find out we were at the wrong place. You need to be exact about where we go. I can’t believe we even tried here. My sister, we had to starve her so she could go into surgery. She’s 4 years old, it’s hard on her little body. We live 3 hours away and only to be told that we were to late at the wrong address because one of your employees had given us the wrong address. They told us that the dentist was busy with another surgery. Knowing my sister it would take a bit for her to go under anaesthetic. The dentist was seeing another patient already?! Unbelievable, this is the worst dentistry I’ve ever taken part of. I want my time and money back. I’m not going to forgive this place for the it’s lack of ability to even give out a proper address. We were to late for the arrival time. ARRIVAL TIME. They could’ve waited so least 5 minutes we would’ve been there. This place opens up at 8:30 am today but it told us to come at 8:05. Such “great” service this clinic has. Plus the money we wasted to stay close to the clinic, we aren’t even proper commoners, we don’t have proper money for my sisters appointment.
