Was really nervous getting wisdom teeth done and they were really professional and kept me calm and explaining procedures properly, and the service is great, just had it done yesterday and have barely any pain. Highly recommend this place

Left 3 month with severe abscessed tooth whit out one consultation then after 3 month and er visit i called i asked why they did not threat my dental emergency they could not answer so the manager called me saying to go elsewhere and closed my files there nb dental association said it is unacceptable what they did and the next day i went to get a copy of my dental records the manager said i didn’t refuse you treatment yet its written on my file the days before they closed it because they know they really messed up and rather fix my urgent dental issue they did opposite abandoned me and failed to provide the proper care at the proper time they lied to cover up their mistake and has a patient there my last full xray was in 2011 so in the past 3 years of going there never got a full xray done all fix has they go manager said she was sorry and had nothing but excuse to say not one made sense its easy a secretary there i called in jan forgot about me for months and told me i should of called more times so she would know i called one time explaining i had a abscess witch is a very dangerous infection that can spread to you brain hearth and cause a septic shock still cannot give a valid reason has to why i was neglected or forgotten i suffered injuries wen a tooth fragment wen trough my gum and bone then it was leaking yellow stuff in my mouth i had literally a hole there sent the pics to rene by msg never replied nothing 0 patient care thats my experience and i have video proof er visits and phone convos that i recorded via the one party consent law they and after all that call me arrogant because i was left to suffer very shady practice
