In covid times the washroom/change room was very clean. Signage for distance and masks everywhere. The beach was fantastic. A tiny bit of rocks in the water then a massive sand bar that allows you walk far out. Great spot for the family.

Melmerby Beach NS is a lovely place to visit to shed of some stress. It has a serene atmosphere and well positioned facilities. The constant lifeguard monitoring was just perfect. My only concern has to do with the stones and gravels on the shore and on the volley ball court. This makes it quite difficult to express yourself both on the Vollyball court and on the shore. Notwithstanding, it's a great place to be 👌🙏👌🙏

Beautiful beach! The water was warm and the beach was not crowded like the beaches near Halifax. I really like that there were washrooms ans changing area.

Free parking, clean washrooms and clean change stalls. Life guarded beach are just a few positive features of this beautiful park. I suggest water shoes for activities in the water.
