Very helpful and friendly. They provide every info you need and can take care of booking as well. No bias in recommending things that cost money which is great. Neutral tourist info. Thumbs up

Great info center, but not a "Chamber" just a tour office.

The ladies here were quite helpful. We waited on the side of the road closest to the espresso cafe here for the shuttle service to the clouded forest and the Santa Elena Reserve (cost $2 USD = 1200 colones). They were helpful in directing us.

We went here and it was extremely helpful! We had friends stranded in the airport without a shuttle. They laid out every option -- including cost and timing. They were so friendly and spoke perfect English. This center also offers information on different tours and restaurants in Monteverde, as well as transportation options. If you have any questions about your trip, I would highly recommend stopping in here!
