The place lacks a bit of maintenance but you can tell that it is the fault of some visitors who destroy the facilities. The Turrubares river runs alongside the camping area. Scarlet macaws come very close, to a tree within the same property. The campsite has toilets, modest showers, electricity and drinking water but it can improve a bit with more maintenance. The girl from the campsite was very kind and concerned without a doubt. The visit to the river is huge because the river is public, and that is why there is a lot of liquor consumption. It is better to look for places above the campsite to be able to get into the calm river.

Beautiful place ... very clean and nice. Many people arrive but because it is so big, you can not tell how many people visit it. The space for children to walk on blocks and motorcycles is immense ... everyone enjoys differently. The water is very clean ... and its incredible view. A beautiful place to visit with family or friends ... take grill or consume in their restaurants. Near San José and for all tastes.🍻🎶👙🕶😎

It's a very nice place but the ugly thing is that people are very unconscious and carry many dogs I do not have anything against dogs but there are many children and the dogs bathe them, they shit and all the bacteria the smaller children drink water please I ask all those who carry their animals to take care not to let their animals get into the water please
