Terrible store. For us they delivered some beds in which we perceived a few days after the measurements were all incorrect and they refused to fix. We had asked for beds with standard measurements, and they had nothing standard. We had to pay more than 80,000.00 colones. They also refuse to give the invoice and warranty. What is illegal and we are going to sue them. Do not buy in this store, in the end it is very expensive. Besides that the owner of this store is super rude, she doesn't know how to talk to customers, she says bad words written on WhatsApp. Total absurdity. They are not punctual either.

We had an excellent experience with Vicanti. They went to the house to take action, they took note of everything we wanted in an armchair, the small details that were important to us. They advised us about what suited us and what didn't. In the end we got an armchair that we loved. Super recommended. Additionally there were no delays, they delivered when they had to deliver.

Very nice and unique, exc materials, alone. They need to include payment options, since they only cash.
