I briefly describe my experience with this business. I came to the showroom. There was a sign on the door that they had a vacation. It will happen, I will come another time. I came to the showroom for the second time. Even though the end of the opening hours was far from near, the salesman just left and locked - if I came a minute later, I would not be there. Fortunately, I was a salesman standing to let me in and show me some chairs, one of which I strongly recommended (Calypso SP1). At home, I ordered this chair over the internet and sent a payment (only a bank transfer, not a card). After about a week when I received no confirmation of receipt of the payment, I wrote an email, and in the answer I learned that the chair would come "for 2-4 days" and finally I received payment confirmation. They probably forgot me, it will happen. Three days later at 12 o'clock the courier brings a chair without any information in advance. Fortunately, I was just at home, although I'm not normally at this time. I pointed to the fact of the trade by email, and in turn I was called by the master from the store, that it bothered him as I wrote him in a tone. I used the chair for a few days and found it was not as comfortable as it once seemed. It has no lumbar support and the lower edge of the frame is unpleasantly cut into the back. I have decided to withdraw from the contract and return it within 14 days. So I wrote a deal that I was withdrawing from the contract, and I was told that even though the 14-day deadline is still more than a week, I have to return the chair to the next day, because then the store has two weeks off. And I have to arrange the transport myself. Since my own car and no one was so quick to have time, I had to bring the chair to the shop on concrete wheels. (See the attached photo.) Fortunately, it was only about three kilometers. The email came to me from the owner that he checked the chair and returned the money "within the statutory time". After 14 days, at the end of the statutory time, I remembered that I did not get the money yet. An arrogant answer came to me that the refund period is 30 days. (Not.) After sending a relevant snippet of the Civil Code, I got excuses that Mr. "was on holiday in Australia where they do not have such a good WiFi to make payments". (When asked why he did not send the payment right after checking that the chair was in good order, he replied that he "did not want to deal before leaving.") The money eventually came to me 5 days after the end of the deadline. Meanwhile, I went around the other chairs shops in Brno. In all, I learned that the "Calypso SP1" chair is generally very unpopular, and one salesman named it completely non-euphemistically "srcka". Finally, I chose the Milano chair from the Marouk store in Cejl. In the evening I ordered and paid it over the Internet, and the next day I received it. A little difference in approach ...
