Just a great experience. The doctor is very kind, empathetic to both animals and humans. High professionalism of performances, willing to explain everything and try to set up any treatment to suit all parties as much as possible. The condition of our cat immediately after neutering was excellent, that evening she was able to run up the stairs and play with the other cat.

Dr. Kraus is great. On vacation, I solved a problem with grass aspen in my female's paw and fortunately I chose the Iris Clinic and the female was treated by Dr. Krausová. She was very helpful, empathetic and professional. She was very nice to the fence, she explained everything to me (what is the problem, what needs to be done, how to proceed). This is exactly how I imagine a good veterinarian, both professionally and humanly.
