I wanted to complain about the bed that it was bolted screws, etc. So I paid for my expenses and destroyed during the transport and do not want to return the money the worst behavior of this company

The communication with the store was exemplary at the beginning, unfortunately I definitely cannot recommend it. The purchased solid wood bed for 25 thousand is the worst piece of furniture I have ever made. One of the main connecting screws was missing in the package, I bent another because the connecting hole for the forehead was insufficiently drilled. The bent screw can't be pulled out, I had to drill a new hole right next to it. The supplied wooden pegs move freely in the holes and I had to buy another one so that the bed would not creak so much. The worst problem is the non-fitting guide groove for the floor of one of the storage drawers. 13.7. I sent a complaint email and it took a week for it to be answered - only after my urgency. The manufacturer acknowledged the defect, but after almost two months (and a few emails) later, I still did not receive a new part. The store is apparently trying to play it out, waiting for me to run out of patience, which they did.
