Goods ordered with a delivery time of 3-8 weeks. Now it is the beginning of the 9th week after ordering. I still don't have the goods or the information on how the order is. Zero communication. On Monday I will deal with and already urge the order, I would like to have the goods within the period they promised. The prices are favorable, but the furniture is waiting for a really long time, and if you need to move something in the house - you won't see it.

I ordered a wardrobe, after waiting for delivery 2 weeks (which is the only plus page) the carrier arrived * A Pole with whom he could not communicate because he did not speak Czech, unloaded 6 boxes, took over the money and left, after unpacking the boxes: There was no manual so one had to use enough creativity to figure out how to assemble the cabinet. The sent pieces (side panels and bottom rails) did not fit together at all and the side panel came destroyed. After communicating with the young lady from the "It never happened to us" site * absolutely reluctant * In the end, they acknowledged the complaint and that they would take the boxes away within 50 days, look at it, and then perhaps RETURN THE MONEY IF THEY ACKNOWLEDGE. Yesterday 16.10.2020 arrived at 19:50 (informed that he will arrive from 18:00 to 20:00) * Polish carrier who only knew Czech was "I did not" Since we live on the 4th floor so the removal of boxes took 15 minutes, Mr. carrier smoked and when we went to take the first box, he left without a word, after talking where he was, he started (what we were able to decipher) * that he would not wait and has other customers * We are honestly very dissatisfied with the e-shop as a carrier and the overall communication and quality, and we do not recommend the shop in any case.

I RECOMMEND! The goods were delivered very quickly, although the product had a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, the goods were delivered within 14 days. I highly praise the contract carrier of the e-shop and especially the very helpful driver, I haven't encountered that for a really long time. A helpful and very helpful driver, who, although he didn't have to, helped me with the ordered furniture to the apartment, as I was alone to take over. I really highly recommend and thank you very much for a beautiful piece of furniture. Very easy to install. Precise packaging to prevent damage to the shipment. Great eshop - I can only recommend.

I do not recommend! Waiting two months on the mattress, constantly making excuses .. if we did not respond with what it looks like, they did not give us any info on their own! On the day of delivery, they called that they wouldn't arrive anyway because something broke ... disgusting!

I basically DO NOT RECOMMEND, we waited for the closet and shelves for two and a half months. Nothing was delivered, we had to withdraw from the order. The conduct on the part of the telephone operators was nice, but nothing solved it. We are also going to write an official complaint to the company's management. Kašovi
