Hradec Králové - an absolutely arrogant saleswoman. In addition, incompetent - she sold us a watch strap for 12mm instead of 10mm, despite the fact that she had the watch in front of her. She was uncomfortable with the complaint, she basically told us that we should sit at home for Covid. I don't understand why anyone keeps such a hedgehog in a store. The selection is wonderful, but no one will see us there anymore.

I ordered jewelry over the internet with engraving and I was extremely satisfied. When I called a few questions, I spoke to a lady who was very nice and helpful. I can only recommend for me and thank you very much again!

The saleswoman was arrogant, reluctant, rude. There are similar comments, I don't understand that the boss is still holding her there. I didn't feel like spending my money with her. In the end, I preferred to buy from another seller.

Saleswoman disrespectful, reluctant. I don't understand the positive reviews on the staff ... the customer either doesn't care at all or he's arrogant ...
