Hello, "vets" you are very mistaken that we have never been to you, in fact we also have a card set up with you. The first "great" experience was when you were still on call, but after several rings we gave it up. Last week we solved an acute problem with our female who was giving birth at that moment and we received this reaction from you. So, if I forget that you too could have solved an acute problem, as you write here, you did not mention anything like that in our short phone call. Your only question was whether we were coming to you and the short "you know what, I have no service", and then you put my phone to me in a very rude way. You call the phone number: 728 308 803, the gentleman picks it up and asks what's going on. The female gave birth to me, I needed to ask something and the master is absolutely unprofessional approach - he will answer: I have no service, goodbye and hang up. Very nice deal really. 2. A terrible experience in life, NEVER !!!!!! The worst veterinarian in Olomouc and its surroundings.
