I don't even have words. Only Hazelnut! I really appreciate the office hours on Sunday at no extra charge. It's definitely not easy not to have free weekends, it saved us. On Saturday, our rat Sibinka developed otitis media and formed a retrobulbar abscess that pushed her eye out, rats in pain and it went incredibly fast As in the past, I met with the reaction of local veterinarians - I don't have time at the weekend, I won't go because of the rat or the most popular - I don't know much about those rats, I can't help. Hazelnut is quite out of hand for us, but I didn't expect such luxurious care! We didn't wait long, the doctor knew what to do right away, they hospitalized our little one and I believe she had a royal stay there. They operated on the eye, performed an additional examination under anesthesia and even revealed another hidden problem that we did not know about yet. I also really appreciate the ongoing telephone info on how the little mouse is doing. We took home a happy single-eyed eye completely painless, the eyelet beautifully sewn together, with a pack of beautifully dosed medicines, which the little one easily licks off with a syringe. In my opinion, the price is very adequate considering all that they have done for it. I would even say friendly. I expected to pay more. All the while, I felt calm that the rat was in good hands, and perhaps for the first time I experienced that his condition and bodice were taken as seriously as if I had brought a dog or a cat. I can't describe how much I appreciate Hazelnuts. Here he understands animals and they definitely care about them. Even though it's far for us, with little ones only there! At the same time, I appreciate the willingness to treat exotic animals in the future. I apologize for the long review, but I'm really excited about this place. Special thanks to Mrs. or Miss MVDr. Škrancov, who received us and was operated on by a rat, communicated on an ongoing basis. Very nice and sensitive behavior towards the animal and the owner, professional approach. You are an angel! Thanks also to the lady or the receptionist, how well she was able to calm the slightly hysterical owner and help with what she could. I and the mouse pirate thank you

I must highly commend the entire staff, from the reception to all the doctors and staff for a very helpful, helpful and professional approach. We dealt with dental and knee surgery in our chihuahua Spajki and everything went smoothly with an asterisk. I can fully recommend. Everything went according to the agreement and everything I asked, everything was explained to me in detail. Our "wild" animal bites and runs as it should and is full of joy, just like me :) Thank you so much for being here.

Very helpful staff, prices average and only for this reason 4 stars. I appreciate the operating hours and range of services. Parking by the accommodation facility and in the surroundings, clean and cozy.
