I used their bike service here, and I can say straight away that I will never come here again. The service is unpleasant and reluctant, so except for the mechanic, he was the only nice one, it must be said. But the rest at all. When you went to pick up the bike afterwards, they told me that it could not be repaired, I understand that it will happen sometimes, but that he wants 400 CZK for me ?! Are you serious? You won't fix anything for me and I'll give you 400 for it. That's a little too much isn't it? Not really here anymore.

We bought two bikes, Trek Superfly Elite SL and Haibike Hard Seven 27.5. We took one bike right away, we had the other sent. It arrived perfectly packed and was home in two working days. Otherwise the prices are very good. Everything is absolutely fine and great. Thanks again to Mr. Bradsky and the staff.
