Will never go back. Depends on the doctor you get, but you never know who that will be. Our last doctor was absurdly horrible. We were looking at a life/death situation with our dog and our vet was so callous and insensitive it was hard to believe. They don't fight to keep your pet alive, they just tell you they can't do anything but they will gladly put your pet to sleep. And this happened on multiple occasions. Our dog is still alive, no thanks to them. We switched to HR (Hradec Králové) Vet Clinic. The difference is like night and day. They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the place doesn't look or feel like a morgue.
