We came to see and possibly buy a pillow. At the beginning, the saleswoman warned us that the cushions are in the price range from 2 thousand higher. Although it is good to know this information and count on it, but I would not say it is standard for someone right in the door to go in the style of "if you have it, so do not even come". Terrible arrogant behavior. When we said when we left that we unfortunately did not choose anything, because the material did not come too pleasant to the touch, we got shouted that it is not about unpleasant material, that we have nothing to touch and that we know nothing about pillows. Since we have never seen such a gruesome behavior of a saleswoman, I cannot keep it to myself and share it with all my friends. According to reviews, I'm not the first with this complaint, and I certainly won't be the last. We are very sorry, but never more. Thanks.

We came to choose a seat in the price range of 65,000 - and it probably was not enough to be worthy of the jewel. Selection small. The mistress acted as if she had sold Birkin for a million with a waiting period of 10 years. Abusive arrogant behavior. A little like ladies at Rodeo drive in Pretty Woman. Seats compared to other similarly priced manufacturers. Right from the beginning, we received information that they are moving very dearly and that as it sends us a quote, but only to the mail because it has other people. All this, she went without words and started to work with other clients. The terrible behavior of the village dog. Never more. Thanks. Thank you for the reaction, apparently she just did not have her day.

I'm very happy with your seat. Processing, quality and especially design is really a revival for our living room. I am no less satisfied with the communication and work of the assistants who advised me, helped with the selection, just with everything ... I very much appreciate their proactive approach. I would definitely recommend you.

We are planning to buy a three-piece set for a few months. The first visit took place at the Milada Horáková shop. The staff, especially Mrs. Orctová, absolutely nice, helpful and highly professional. The interior of the showroom, its availability and a number of variants are also perfect. However, what a surprise it was when we returned to a specific plan a few weeks ago, and we found the store at M. Horáková closed. Unfortunately, the new store was not easy for us because it has a common entrance with the company Pro spánek and is not marked with the name and logo of the company. Also, the longitudinal division of the showroom between the two shops is not attractive to customers. Fortunately, at least nice staff has not changed and we are going to finally order the seat in a few days.
