As one gentleman has already written here, the quote "" "Unfortunately, the approach of a young" couple "at the store in Velké Meziříčí starts to dial me a lot. at the sawmill, the gentleman and the lady are having lunch, the gentleman is sitting under the table (I don't know why he was sitting under the table) and a very unpleasant lady on the table and immediately salesman and if I ask him, I find out that there is a bar in the SAME store for several weeks ..., I really don't like this approach, I like Hecht as such and I buy them, but these "people" just make me shop elsewhere ...
11/23/2020 we bought a wood splitter here. The young saleswoman was very helpful, she explained everything to us, advised us, and even demonstrated the functionality. She opened the back gate to load into the car and helped us (I was with my wife) to load into the trunk of a car. Thank you very much !! It is a pity that my colleague was standing behind the counter all the time and he did not respond at all to the request to help us. Miss one more time Thanks !!!
That one star is out of necessity. Horror and terror. In case of a complaint, absolute lack of interest. No possibility of information. Service out of warranty after two months was not able to provide even information, let alone make a repair !! Really never, never more !!!!!!
