When making a complaint with Mr. Zika, the store manager is strong !!!! Mr Zika has no action at all. I will not describe my experience here, but I will avoid the Hecht store in Karlovy Vary with an arch and I definitely do not recommend it to everyone around me !!!! When buying, of course, everything is fine, but when making a complaint HOROR !!!!!!!!!!!
