At first we were satisfied. But now we are waiting for crazy queues, where even though we were told to order it is not possible to go very often a lot of ladies out of order because they are allegedly ordered. Probably only orders for acquaintances are valid here. Even if you arrive 30 minutes earlier. Someone will show up at the surgery no earlier than 15 minutes after the start of the opening hours, and the doctor will take two of her acquaintances, who came after you and 3 other people. Ideally, you wait 50 minutes when there were originally two dogs in front of you. Doctors' approach to animals is fine and I do not criticize their abilities. However, if they want to help acquaintances, let them not do so kindly during working hours or wait like others. You lose customers and you don't even know how people curse at you in the waiting room.

They are handy, helpful and, most importantly, financially acceptable. And because it is known among people, it takes a long time to wait here. But that's the only downside. We look forward to waiting for you ☺☺☺☺☺

All the veterinarians who work here are very nice and helpful. I don't go anywhere else with our three dogs. I am very satisfied with the approach and care.
