Veterinary Clinic Gayerová barracks

Didn't know how to handle my cat, hurt it, threw it over the table when it tried to bite, so my cat landed on the wall. I was happy to find it still alive next morning. I am giving two stars because the antibiotics we got worked.

This was the third time I went to this clinic and as always I am making a really good experience. The service and the vets are very willing to help even my Czech is not good. On the phone and in person we always figured it out and I am really thankful for that. My dog received always immediate and professional help. So for any emergency and necessary operations I will always come to this place. One hour of driving is not too far for me. Absolutely recommending this place.

Unfortunately, we also have a bad experience. If it is a more serious problem, they do not know what to do, they refer to specialists, but first they get paid royally. Cat - examination 5000, - one cultivation was enough and finally antb. for 50 CZK. 1Dog - untreated, poor diagnosis, unfortunately serious irreversible damage to health. 2Dog - after banal surgery transferred to home care in critical condition. The clinic looks ostentatious, the doctors pretend that nothing is a problem. One on the X-ray says something other than a colleague in the 5 'minutes at the ambulance. Finally, the dog with intestinal inflammation was treated with lactulose (receiver) If the correct diagnosis is made and the animal is properly treated with a successful result, a person has no problem with a higher price. But if you pay a hefty sum and you still have the animal in a poor state, I think that's something to think about. I do not recommend this clinic.
