I definitely do not recommend their products, zero quality. The chainsaw lasted 5 tanks in 3 days. The complaint was rejected by an arrogant mechanic in Liberec for alleged machine overload.
A great team of salesmen and technicians, namely Mr. Novotný, took care of us. He will be happy to advise you, he will explain everything, nothing is a problem. The motorcycle was assembled, adjusted and charged for us. In addition, they were able to arrange express transport so that the son would please the son under the tree, even though we decided at the last minute.
Big disappointment from this store with service and service total disgust I bought a hot air gun for 300 CZK. After twenty minutes it stopped walking. The complaint was rejected. I do not recommend to anyone to throw away the money.
I was for the Christmas tree, prices great, 2 m for 500 CZK. Helpful service. I recommend.
Great tragedy with service .... Repair of a spring on the travel gearbox. Since I didn't have the spring at home, I left the mower in the Hecht Liberec service center to be installed by "specialist" in big quotes. After nine days, I called to see if the repair had taken place, I was told that yes and that the gentleman worked on it for an hour and a half ..... with my question whether he was kidding me, he replied that no and the amount of CZK 1102 was invoiced. To an ordinary inexperienced person, this repair would take about half an hour at home .... they probably want to earn a lot of money on the service in a fraudulent way. Never again into this service !!!
