Too bad you can't give zero stars. The experience is really awful. The cabinet ordered in August, delivered at the end of November - we didn't even believe it would arrive. Upon receipt, we found that some boxes were missing. The driver who drives for the company called the company and assured us that only the drawers that are in stock are missing and that it is the fault of the warehouseman - so we can assemble the cabinet and the drawers arrive in the meantime. Unfortunately, this was not the case, we had to have the big package distributed for more than three weeks in the living room and wait for the missing rest. My wife called and urged every day, because it really took us all over the room + we have a small child. Every time someone else picked up the phone, he didn't know about the situation, and when his wife explained, there was always an excuse. After those about 3 weeks, the missing rest was to arrive. Unfortunately, I was not at home, so I only got it from my wife. She insisted on unpacking the box directly with the driver, as the size of the box did not match the missing item. The driver, his eyes wide, said it was for sure. After unpacking, it was found that the box was completely next to another cabinet. The wife literally had to find her box in the van. When she found her, the heavily annoyed driver couldn't help her with the box, and she had to drag herself with it. However, the box lacked other accessories, which eventually arrived by PPL. For the entire construction period, I have been looking in vain for a seller who would be so unreliable. The crown was put on by a driver who constantly lied to us and behaved really arrogantly. One star, perhaps only because the cabinet is nice and relatively decently made (for the conditions of cheap furniture)

On July 17, 2020, I ordered an Arte seat from this company for CZK 27,019. She came after 9 weeks. It came damaged, it is cracked in two places in the storage space, the legs at the side armrest are as if bumped and the covers on them are deformed so that if it did not stand on the cardboard it would scratch our floor.16.10.2020 I therefore complained to her that I agreed with extended complaint period from the standard 30 days to 60 days. On December 8, 2020, I sent an email about what it looks like with the resolution of my complaint (no one answered in the whole time). 12/15/2020 I was told that the technician will arrive on 12/16/2020 between 1 pm and 3 pm, DID NOT arrive! Subsequently, I received an email that a technician was scheduled to come to my house for today. Due to the fact that the technician did not reach us anymore, it was not possible to handle the complaint. This makes it necessary to postpone the settlement of the complaint after the new year. Due to working holidays with them and the manufacturer between the holidays, their technician will contact us in the first half of January. We responded with several emails and no one has responded since. The complaint period expired 28 days ago. I am very curious how this situation will continue and whether the company will face it. So too worried for me than joy with the company Lumax-nabytek.cz

At the e-shop, we chose a seat for a great price. Shipping was free. Delivery time originally 4 - 6 weeks, but we were warned that the delivery time may be extended up to 8 weeks due to the epidemiological situation. Finally, the seat arrived in the 9th week due to a misunderstanding between the employees who are at Homeoffice. However, I recommend the store because the sofa fits the photos, looks good and is comfortable. For the price with free shipping, I'm really happy. Therefore, communication towards customers and the online ordering environment could also be improved. Finally, I must emphasize the willingness of the driver and his colleagues, who were very nice and helped me to take the old seat to the garden.

Terrible, slow communication. For 3 weeks I have been putting together an order for a bed to rush on. Stencils of cloths ordered on Monday, but they do not send until Friday! ordered immediately after picking up the swatch. after the order you will receive an email that the manufacturer will not accept orders and will be able to order in 2 months and another 2 months production a total of 4 months !!!! So 3 weeks you choose a bed to wait for 4 months even if I assure you in the process it will still go into production and the delivery time is 6-8 weeks. I am writing off by e-mail after three days. I gave up the order. Terror

My wife and I chose a sofa and living room furniture. There was a lot of it, so I immediately paid for the delivery to the apartment. I put everything together during the holiday and everything was fine. No damage or missing part anywhere.
