They sell beautiful designer furniture. We have very bad experiences with their actions and free behavior. It should be taken into account that not everything they claim on the web to be available is really available. Sometimes it may no longer be produced. The announced delivery time exceeded 4 times. It is necessary to carefully monitor their invoices and order confirmations. They confirmed a different type of seat than we ordered. It is necessary to carefully check whether the discounts are calculated correctly. These things weren't right the second time. It happened to us that an Alax employee with whom we were solving a problem left the company and did not hand over unfinished business to anyone. We wrote emails, called ... no one responded. Only later did we find out why. And the seats came. None of the company's management responded to our comments. Although we contacted them. No one ever spoke for anything. They are very arrogant and free. But for us Alax interior never again!
