I have fresh experience with service. I bought a Hecht 50 saw about a month ago - a hobby saw, nothing revolutionary. First, after a few hours, the candle left, after arriving at the service, the gentlemen immediately diagnosed, replaced the candle and the problem was resolved. For the second time, my rope broke from the starter and my unprofessional manipulation also unwound the winding spring. The gentlemen again, with a smile, immediately rectified the defect. The saw may not be of revolutionary quality, but the service deserves 5 stars! Thanks, it is not customary for the service department to deal with the defect immediately and with foresight.

I do not recommend non-compliance with the delivery time of goods, excuses, lies. The cultivator wheels, which had been promised from another store within a week, were to be delivered. After my call, there is no driver to bring the bikes. I drove to the store from which the bikes were to be delivered. They knew nothing about it and had the last wheels on display in stock. Brno reassured by a binding order. I personally bought them and did not understand the dealers' dealings in Brno with the staff. Jarek

Absolute dissatisfaction, the new machine (gasoline generator) stopped working the next day, we "had" to buy a new one, because exchanges do not exist for them, the first was the promise of the manager to withdraw from the contract and return the money. Otherwise we wouldn't buy anything, then the second new one stopped working the second one as well. The result, they did not return the money for either. They kept making excuses for their superior's decision. Absolute customer ignorance. Never more.

Catastrophic approach of the operator. When asked by the salesman if we had a wish, he didn't bother to pause and continued walking. When it was no longer possible, he reluctantly paid attention to us, but he had little knowledge about the goods and found out how it actually works ...

Newly open. Large selection of all possible garden products. Prices quite decent. I was very surprised by the salesman's approach. Very helpful and responsive to our requirements. I would give him 10 stars.
