Catastrophic customer service. In March, we ordered chairs, after about six e-mails from our side, so they wrote to us in JUNE that they already have chairs. No excuse, nothing. So when we arrived for the chairs, the lady wanted to pay for them again and she couldn't understand that we had already paid for them over the internet three months ago. When she released the documents to our warehouse after about twenty minutes, we waited another half hour before the warehouse. When we unpacked the chairs, the goods were even damaged. The experience with a complaint would deserve its own review, but unfortunately it is not possible. After we found out that the chair was damaged, we wrote an email with photos of the damaged. The next day we received a confirmation of the complaint. The whole month has passed and guess what? Again without an answer. After another e-mail from us, they replied that we could come for the chair. I called about 10 minutes in advance that we were going for a chair and if they would start looking for it. So that it doesn't turn out like last time. We waited in front of the store for about twenty minutes again. I believe that in ten years I will tell this experience as a funny story with beer, but if you value your mental health, never shop here.

The goods they were supposed to have in stock in the number of 18 pieces did not tell me that they did not have it.

Everything was great and worked on 1. Good access from the highway, friendly service, good parking, solid selection.

Mixed feelings. The lady salesman is very nice and patient. In the dispensing of goods, Mr Kadlec, who seems to be doing it, is very reluctant to walk away from anything and pretends to work. I recommend that you bring the goods so you do not have to communicate with this person. He was my subordinate, so he has a parachute !!!

There are good prices.
