I have been visiting the Česká Spořitelna branch in Cheb for a long time. The approach of employees to customers seems perfectly fine to me. One thing I would like to highlight is the possible lack of staff. As everywhere, it happened to me that I waited longer than I liked. So if you don't have an appointment, set aside more time. I would like to pick up the staff right at the reception. Very kind, communicative and helpful.
