My dog died. In the animal crematorium, they offered me its cremation, even with the urn, several thousand would cost my dog. Since the urn with my mother's remains disappeared in the Brno central cemetery, it seemed absurd to me to have an urn with a dog's ashes and not have my own mother. So I took the corpse of the State Veterinary Institute. The receptionist explained to me what I would do, two young men had to clean the men came with stretchers for the dog, they let me stroke him for the last time, I paid at the reception. Everyone behaved calmly. During the cremation of the husband, a crematorium worker came and drove us out of the ceremonial hall of the crematorium. Unethical. Here, on the contrary, I felt that they were very sensitive to me. I don't know what to say. Thank you to the staff of the institute. After all, the dog has been a part of our lives for ten years.

I needed help and the doctors do not work at night, they canceled the night services and because there was nowhere to go for surgery quickly, Bernardine suffocated in front of our eyes, so I changed my opinion of this institution.
