Yesterday at 10:15 am I ordered the COMFORTABLE office chair with armrests from the Superkancl e-shop, I chose it on the Internet, according to its appearance, description and our need to have a gray chair for the desk. I immediately received an acknowledgment of receipt of the order and in the afternoon information that the shipment was handed over to the carrier, this afternoon the package arrived by DPD courier. Now we have assembled the chair, it looks exactly like on the internet, it is nice, comfortable, functional, everything was fine and I can recommend not only this product, but also this e-shop Superkancl.cz. Since I ordered an office chair from Kancelar24 in December and I still don't have it, this order from SUPERKANCL.cz was perfect and 100% SATISFACTION. I will order another office furniture for the company there. Thanks.

office chair: bad piston - I still ride down, crooked armrest, twisted upholstery, so only an iron tube under the leatherette is in contact with the body. edit: Response to the owner's response. If it's just a bad piston, I'll forgive the review. But it is only one of three defects. To those telepaths - I'm not talking about the quality of the complaints department, but about the quality of the product. I'm not talking about the fact that I couldn't complain about the product, but about how many defects there were. Three defects on one chair, unfortunately I could not forgive myself for the review. edit2: The owner subsequently modified the answer to which I responded in the first edit. Quote from the initial answer: "It was enough for us to write or call. We are not telepaths yet :) "thanks to this edit my comment would not make sense, so I will allow myself this edit. :)

The company does not exist or looks fraudulent! There is nothing like that at the address (I searched for 30 minutes and none of the surrounding stores have heard of it in my life), they don't take the number, the opening hours on the web are not right! It seems better to look around the wall somewhere else.

I had lunch with chairs to be delivered within 2 weeks but unfortunately I waited a month. In the picture, the chair looks different than it really is. The crab was in a terrible condition, but perhaps nothing happened to the chairs.

I can only recommend it. It is a proven company with a rich choice at a reasonable price. All communication was always perfect. We buy here regularly and any complaints were handled immediately without waiting for our satisfaction. Great satisfaction.
