A shocking way to pick up online orders at the time of the covid. Issue them from the other side (badly marked, because at the entrance it is written only for Mobelix and not XXL). The whole situation from arrival and orientation (including a call to the infoline, because at the main entrance we also had a crowd and I decided to call and so I helped the others) took exactly 1 hour. Opening hours 10:00, but they opened the door until 10:20, when there was already a long snake queue. Waiting for the goods to be delivered outside in the winter. After an hour, I left with the order.

Really terrible customer service. The infoline cannot be called when, after three weeks, you finally receive delivery, inform you that the goods are not at the selected branch and that they can cancel the order or pick up the goods at another branch. Between branches it does not bind !!! At Stodůlky, you then wait 40 minutes for the order to be issued, and at home you will find that one item is damaged. I will never buy here again.

It was absolutely crazy. I waited an hour for one small accessory! There was only one warehouseman and a recipient of invoices in one. I would expect all Lutz employees to work on the issue in this situation, but they probably stayed at the home office.

I ordered goods that according to their website they had in stock. It took him a month to make that order. Then poor communication, e-mails responded late and eventually refused to exchange goods for others, despite the fact that I met the 14-day deadline.

The delivery of pre-ordered goods is a complete joke. One waiting for one box here is at least half an hour if there is no queue. Most of the staff, meanwhile, smoke outside.
