Veterinary Clinic Zbraslav

My first experience of a vets in CZ. Went here on the recommendation of a friend. I emailed for an appointment for our kittens and got a reply straight back. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. My appointment was on time and Dr Rutarová was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Kittens were vaccinated and chipped and this was all done skilfully and with care. My kittens seemed quite happy. The prices seemed reasonable. Plenty of parking outside too. Would happily recommend.

I was pleased with the service there. They work over the weekend and doctor was very nice person with nice approach towards the animal. Also when I needed only oils during the weekend there was no issue and no surcharge.

Even my story ended with the lost of my cat, I must say they are very kind and professional. I would definitly suggest to does which care about the animals and would be treat it as gift from hearth.

I brought my one-year-old Doberman to this clinic, relieving his front leg. The doctor did an X-ray and other examinations and stated the necessary surgery for about 50,000 CZK, with a success rate of fifty to fifty. The condition is said to be deteriorating and the dog will be in trouble. I left a few meters away and was unable to drive for tears for an hour. In the end, I decided to leave the dog without surgery and monitor its condition. The problem was supposed to be in the cervical spine. The dog has matured and the problem has disappeared, even the muscles around the cervical spine have strengthened by training and the spine has been fixed so that the dog is perfectly healthy. I almost had the dog undercut and I could still lose him in some attempt to operate on NECESSARY. For God's sake, I don't want to experience this state anymore. Otherwise, on the screen in the surgery, I saw a picture of my dog ​​where the vertebrae touched. If someone showed me this picture without the stress there, I would probably find a broken ligament. I will never come here again and I am very glad that I made the right decision through my tears then. I definitely cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. we brought a cat that visibly suffers, loses weight, has no appetite, is apathetic. the doctor measured his temperature, felt his intestines, and sent him home without an objective finding. because we didn't like the cat, in the afternoon we went to another vet, where they did a blood test, sono and found an acute kidney problem. the diagnosis was subsequently confirmed at the clinic, where we took the cat to hospital. obeying the recommendation from Zbraslav, the cat would probably be within a few days of death, and would still be unnecessarily worried. if you want to do something for your pet, go somewhere else ...
