My experience here was a good one. I got to a doctor (dr Anna Frumarová) who was really patient, empathic, and really looked like she cared about my cat and about helping him not to be in distress. She seemed to be 100% interested in what is best for my cat.

We were received by MVDr.Čech - CT is not needed, it has a sore cervical spine, .We had the dog hospitalized on the doctor's advice. After 3 days, the dog was returned to us with the understanding that it should be saved. When he returned home, the dog jumped. The next day we had the dog examined in Brandýs / Labem for CT, he underwent work-two protruding discs at MVDr. Vlach ”

I really don't understand the negative reviews of this clinic. 21.12. I was looking for a nonstop veterinarian and visited this clinic for the first time. Both the nurse and the doctor were very helpful and helpful. 23.12. my dog's condition worsened and I urgently needed veterinary help. Our vet did not prescribe that day at all, and the other doctor, as I was not booked online, advised me to come in the afternoon and wait for a gap between online bookings. And I note that I went to this vet for over 30 years ... So I called IVET. The young lady at the reception picked it up immediately and I was able to come right away. And Dr. Brodská came for us ... Even though it was our "last, saddest" visit to the vet, I wanted to thank the doctor (whom I had never seen before in my life) for her helpfulness, empathy, human approach. ..... And I really seriously think that thanks to this experience, when I have a new dog, I will change the veterinary clinic..Thank you very much, Mrs. Dr. Brodská.

Professionally, there is no problem with doctors or their approach. Everything always goes smoothly. However, organizational aspects such as ordering, informed owners, or just picking up the phones and the reception's behavior in general have been appalling lately. Waiting in the order of tens of minutes for several weeks of ordered procedures without any comments, explanations, etc. is extremely unprofessional.

Absolute satisfaction. Prices a little higher, but when they didn't know what to do elsewhere, they helped us to prolong our cat's life here. I like the approach to treatment. When I wanted various tests for our cats, they advised that some were unnecessary, even though they lost their earnings. And the big currency is also non-stop emergency.
