Never! Never take those sh...! 2 weeks delay and no way to get PREPAID goods!

After about 6 months of using the seat, its lower frame fell apart so that it could not be used as a sofa bed. We decided to resolve in the form of an agreement with the seller, but we received an unaccepted * complaint offer, so we will definitely make another purchase of furniture elsewhere. I would like to see how the author of the chain's warranty policy works in a household for 30 days without a seat. We have spare bedding, but we haven't finished the backup couch yet. They rejected the request for exchange or redemption immediately. from the seller's response: * The sofa set (or if there is damage to only one part, then only part of the sofa set) would be taken by our carrier and sent to the manufacturer for rectification. Defect rectification time is around 20 days + collection and delivery. The exact dates of transport are agreed directly by the carrier. When the defect is eliminated at the manufacturer, the period of 30 days for the settlement of the complaint is calculated from the date of collection of the complaint, when full cooperation is provided to resolve the complaint.

Wrong credit information. Incomplete handover of documents. When one seller sells something he should complete the transaction. The dealings of this branch are unprofessional.
