I look at the reviews completely and I'm not surprised. I am definitely lucky with this e-shop. I have been shopping on Feedo for more than 5 years for my second child and great satisfaction for me. When something was not in stock or something was wrong, it was not a problem to make a reasonable agreement, everything was delivered to me on time and in order. I got a discount or a gift here and there for the points collected. It is therefore true that in the past bigger discounts and goods were cheaper, and more often free shipping.

Conscious delusion of the customer about the condition of the goods. Assure that the goods actually have in stock, when you pay, write mail with an apology that the goods are not. This shop is definitely not recommended. Never more.

Fake discounts. When closing the branch in Radotín, there should be a 50% discount on all assortment at the store. For the pram we bought there, however, the original price before this discount at this branch was 25% higher than in all their other branches. 50% discount on everything was just a business trick.

Absolutely satisfied, they opened my store directly opposite the house, so I'm happy as a flea. We bought many things for my daughter and the cooperation is really good, the staff are nice and helpful. E-shop great selection and fast delivery. For me 5 stars :)

In order to order the goods for the vouchers I received, I have to go personally to the branch office, order it there, and in a few weeks I can pick it up personally from the branch, and they bring it from the central warehouse. Most of all, I like their motto “easy life for moms”. Btw. Prices are higher in all cases than in other trades, and it significantly. Don't waste your time with such an inept company.
