The worst things I remember. I wanted to order skirting boards that were as similar to those of mys. The vendor borrowed from me the bar and took the contact details that he would let me know within a week when he found it. Then no one picked up the phone, except for one case when he promised to call back, did not call. Reaction to email after three weeks. Just a Cocot Meeting ...

first impression great, but then they left us innumerable times. Instead of the agreed and dearly paid Toptrans they tried to deliver the carpets by their own transport (without informing us). They couldn't do it on the agreed delivery day, they couldn't do it later. On the phone every time they answered "we will check, we will contact you in an hour". They didn't call. Never. They arrived suddenly after three days. They ignored the discount request and the explanation. Ignoring is probably the best description of their behavior after our payment. EDIT: based on this review (ie 2.5 months after urgent) the company contacted me to propose compensation to resolve the situation. Accept & return star EDIT2: d-Test has been dealing with complaints about this company for 4 years, the company "On-line shops s.r.o." The company hid behind the current name a year ago (PIN 24253839 but remained). Managing function has a 19 year old man. Positive reviews of a business on Google carry strong features of their own work. My experience can hardly be perceived as non-systemic and I return to the original evaluation

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - poor communication, false answers. did not keep their word. they did not deliver the goods even after a few spare dates, and even excused themselves that there was a bad product (floor color) at the end we had to cancel the order after more than 1.5 months. We were promised to return the money by return and after 2 weeks I did not receive the money. They are liars and deceivers!
