I take my hat off in front of this company. They brought the mattress themselves in the evening, at a time when I could take it over. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me very well. She was too hard on me. After all, buying a mattress online without trying it out is something that only an adventurer or a person in need at the time of lockdown dares (which was my case). Nevertheless, they faced my problem. Even after a 14-day "return period". The mattress was remade to absolute perfection. These are real experts who should lead by example.

Until the goods were received, everything was fine, but after less than a month of use, the mattress lay down. Subsequently, I have to share the worst experience of online shopping. Nobody responded to e-mails asking about the exchange, complaint or further procedure. After the telephone contact, I took a picture of everything and sent that the e-shop should contact me with further steps, ie collection, exchange or complaint. After further emergencies, nothing happened, the e-shop did not respond to other emails, and in the following phone call I was told that the emails did not read from them. After three months, they told me that I should bring the mattress to them and that they would complain about it. Absolutely unprofessional approach and I do not recommend this company.

I personally visited the store before Christmas on December 18, 2020, and at the last minute I was looking for a mattress. Of the two possible variants that could be delivered by 23.12. I chose one, but I will pick it up in person on Monday to Wednesday next week. At the store, they contacted me by phone and they would contact me when the mattress in Dubč was available for collection. On Wednesday, I called the telephone contact (one number unavailable, the second number on the 3rd attempt), where I was told that they have been on vacation since Monday. However, I was promised by my master that I should call in half an hour to find out the situation and tell me how to proceed. No one answered my phone by the evening, no response to the SMS. I don't understand why the mattress was promised to me when they knew they couldn't deliver it - they had to know about the holiday. I don't understand why, when they promise to find out the situation, they don't call themselves and make a dead beetle. Moreover, even if I take into account the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, in the store in Dubč it looked like after the explosion - plastic bags scattered everywhere, mess, dirt. It was definitely not a cozy place. Moreover, even though I am not a supporter of veils, I honestly follow it and I wore it before entering. Mr. and Mrs. the salesmen, who were sitting at a computer desk at the time, didn't even bother to put on their veils or apologize. Just like nothing. I will definitely never visit this company again and I will not order anything from them. On the contrary, if my acquaintances are interested, I will do my best to buy them somewhere else.

Za mě, doporučuji tuto firmu! Dobrá kvalita matrací za příznivé ceny a k tomu ochotní hoši. Uskladnili mi matraci na 2 měsíce, které jsem nemohla odvést najednou na chalupu, byli vstřícní, ale hlavně to spaní! Záda mě vždy bolela po ránu, teď se mi nechce vstávat z postele!😄
