Poor diagnosticians. Emphasis is on selling services and products, not actually treating the patient’s problem. When I brought my cat in, her worst symptom was decreased interest in food. She underwent bloodwork which showed an inflammation so she was given antibiotics. Her condition worsened and went from decreased interest in food to none. The solution was to give her yet another shot of antibiotics. When there was still no improvement, I pinpointed that a new plant (peace lily) in the house was the only new element in past two months and that she had been playing with it, perhaps chewing on it (lily has since been removed from the house). This immediately led to intravenous infusion therapy for 2 days. My cat did not improve but stopped having bowel movements and yet I was encouraged to continue the treatment despite a chemical bloodwork of her organ functions showing her kidney and liver were fine. While receiving this inpatient care, my cat wouldnt eat leading them to force feed her, though each night I brought her home, she displayed hunger and ate willingly. She peed, had interest in playing, groomed herself. But this fell on deaf ears. 6 thousand krowns later I chose to end the infusion therapy as it only appeared to increase my cat’s stress. Only then did yet another vet in the same clinic examine her and confirm what was clear already, that she was constipated. Not an inflammation nor poisoning from the lily. What was baffling was that no one cared to ask what kind of lily she had been in contact with. If I had actually witnessed her ingesting it. This was a thoroughly traumatic experience for my cat and a costly one. I would not recommend this clinic.

Absolute disaster in communication, problem with the receptionist. Sprdunk that we dared to come without an order. Although the doctor eventually took us. And a fresh experience, we were rejected, even though the animal was in critical condition. And our cat died.
