We went there for a really long time and so the level deteriorated fatally. They're just making money out of people. They didn't help one cat at all in the summer, nor did they find out what happened to him, he died. For the other, who did tests on utz cleaning tartar, which they didn't even inform me about, but of course they kept paying for those tests, then offered me another blood test for 2500 in Germany - for a fraction of the price, what exactly is to a cat. I asked for results from laboratory blood tests four times, one costs over 500 CZK and so far no one has sent me anything. Never here again, I'm glad I crossed over.
