Kram as such will get away, but agreeing on something and meeting there is a problem. The seats are nice and for me even a quality is not a stone, but it is enough for us, but it depends on taste. I don't like the configurator on their website because it's not a seat configurator, you just can't fold it there ...

Overall, we are very disappointed with customer service. The delivery time of the seat 8 - 12 weeks was not observed by 2.5 weeks. It was almost impossible to call the customer line. We were promised several times by e-mail that the seat would be ready next week, which did not happen. The last message came to us that they were informing us of the delay, because they have to notify it by law, which sounds really very pro-customer. Finally, instead of being offered at least a small compensation, our ground floor apartment was counted as an first floor apartment when we were imported, because the carrier uses some of its own definition of a ground floor.

There was a very nice lady who prepared the configuration of the dream seat for us. As for furniture, it looks good, practical, design. Unfortunately, there are higher prices.

On Saturday we visited your shop in Prague - Černý Most. Mrs. Eva Hrochová was willing to take care of us, she showed us everything and explained everything and helped us with the selection. Thank you very much for her patience and professional approach. Our visit was concluded by ordering a sofa. This approach to the customer is now, little ever seen. We wish you a lot of satisfied customers.
