I bought a gratin sink .. in the warehouse everything looked ok ... When placed on the kitchen worktop we found that the bottom edge at the end of the drip raised it by 3 mm .. just the sink is not straight ... I called and I was told ,, that I have to get to the warehouse and it will be replaced .. unfortunately as it happens there is no more in stock and I will probably wait a maximum of 5 days ... So far I give 3 stars for the staff access .. but I still doubt the quality .. Franke also does not have quality? I bought a sink from Alveus, but after reading the quality reviews I will return it (I will keep it if Franke has another crooked sink), but it is straight compared to Franke and it is a Polish product smichhhh ... I'm starting to doubt the quality of Franke ... we'll see how it turns out .. then either I'll add stars or take it off .... So far, great approach to the staff both in the store, and in the warehouse ... And also a complaint technician, super .. It also annoys me how much gasoline the Franke sink buys ... Just a store and a warehouse far apart .. there is a drive to the warehouse after the purchase. The second one for an unsuccessful exchange and the next one will probably be for a straight sink .. in this case, companies could give a discount to get it back a bit .. petrol and time ... But I would probably like that too much .. How it turned out .. I already have a sink and I'm very happy .... I think, that the staff at the store and the warehouse manager, people are in place and thank them for their approach ... The quality of the sink? I was expecting higher quality, but after the exchange I am satisfied .. I could choose from 10 sinks smichhhhh ... I give one star minus .. but if the staff was evaluated, I would still go ten

We have a sink and a Franke faucet. Unfortunately, if we want to wash dishes by hand, fruits, vegetables, actually anything, water is sprayed all around on the wall, on the ground, in significant quantities. Any manipulation of the water pressure is fruitless. Incredible things to buy at this price point. Set G39 (MRG 611 * + Samoa).
