I've been waiting for over 3 months for my deliveries and this company is just dishonest! I bought a desk with drawers and they delivered a desk without the drawers. When I complained they just changed the website with a quick note "this desk does not include the drawers" which was not there before. They are scammers, this business should be shut down and some péople should go to prison!

They are good just to abuse people, looking for others unhappy customers to start a class action against them. They delivery broken products, and they don't reply for almost 1 months, after they ask us to compile an impossible form, I must check every pieces, for them the fact that we found out all broken it was not enough, we even need to make their job. Please contact me if you want start a class action. XXXLutz shame on you.

Too difficult to navigate through, the escalators and elevators are shaking like they lifespan is long over. Staff sitting behind desks, never bothered to ask what we were looking for. Not a place where I want to spend my money.

You order the furniture, but it never comes! the delivery dates are totally a lie. When you want to call and ask for information about your delivery, they direct you from line to line and never give you the answer. In the decade of 2020's, businesses like this are called as "Scammers". If you are not going to deliver your product on time, so do not put fake dates there. At first they said it is about to be shipped, then 2 weeks later when we call again, they say it is not even in Prague, and will take another 2 weeks. Which makes the 2 -3 weeks delivery time more than 2 months.. If I had ordered from China or carry on my back, it would have come already. Such a shame...

They have really good products. They charges %20 %30 for delivery which is too expensive. IF you will buy something here online you have to wait at least a month for delivery. Nobody responding your emails and they do not care about the customers. Before buying something here think 3 times is that really worth to wait for even single chair 1 month ?
