Mr. Heřmánek was with us to focus the space for the kitchen 4 months ago. We don't have it today. It is after the delivery date and Mr. Heřmánek has not responded to messages and phone calls at all for the last 3 weeks. We do not know if we will ever see the line or at least get back a deposit of about 120 thousand. Definitely not recommended.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! We have been waiting for a year to finish finishing the kitchen. It had to be reworked several times and every time they brought us something, it was not complete and half of it was bad, we are in this situation even now. We don't even have invoices for appliances, they don't want to provide them to us. Mr. Najbrt is probably the most incompetent person I have ever known. Communication with him is almost impossible, if he hears after a few weeks or months, so do not expect a meaningful answer, usually just informs you what hurts. It also happened that they were supposed to bring us the kitchen, they confirmed it to us the day before, so I took a vacation but no one anywhere, after several attempts to make a phone call and sent sms, we got an sms sometime after 2 pm that they have a problem with transport but will arrive tomorrow , the next day came around noon sms that they made another kitchen! They are not at all interested in the fact that you are waiting for them and you have to take a vacation and maybe you are still dealing with small children. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Freezing point agreement. For over a year, I have been chasing Mr. Heřmanek to remodel my board with an incorrectly installed gate. Neither he nor the management is responding. I absolutely do not recommend

I really do NOT recommend the company. Absolutely crazy talk with Mr. Najbrt - he doesn't take the phones, doesn't answer calls, orders with a half-year delay and still unfinished, lots of excuses, poorly designed parts with the need to remodel. Brand-recommended and branded appliances from Brand brand almost completely complained for defects. If you want a kitchen without unnecessary stress - be sure to contact another company ...

I do not recommend, they promise a period of 6 to 8 weeks and wait longer. In addition, they are non-contact. We call X times a day, write mails and no response. I'm starting to think it's a good company and I regret my choice.
